Club Casa was born from a need I kept hearing, again and again.

After years of working closely with families through my childcare agency, I began noticing that many of the families I served were looking for more than occasional childcare. They wanted trusted, private nannies. Experienced housekeepers. Managers. Private chefs. Household professionals who could become a natural and valued part of their home.

And, quite simply, they began asking me for help finding them.

Over the years, I found myself making placements beyond childcare — often informally and without a structure that reflected the level of care, discretion, and attention these families deserved. Those experiences made something clear: there was an opportunity to create a more thoughtful way of connecting exceptional household professionals with exceptional homes.

That is where Club Casa began.

Today, Club Casa is a boutique household staffing collective based in Puerto Rico, placing exceptional private household professionals locally and worldwide. We take a personal approach to every search, taking the time to understand not only the role, but the rhythm, expectations, and character of each household.
